Protect the authorship of your texts!
When you sign your text, you will be able to prove in the future that you are the author.
The signature includes a time stamp and is assigned to the signature owner.
It is possible to sign texts on websites, but also any other blocks of electronic texts.
This automatic service may be one of the witnesses that can in the future testify to the following:
- a user of a particular email address has texts with the corresponding electronic signature (hash) created by that service
- the signature was created at a specific time
- in the text, the user could insert a unique tag created by this service to verify authorship
- the texts could be available on certain websites
This service does not store signed texts, it only keeps a signature that is calculated by hash functions. The more texts you sign on different websites, the more verifiable your identity will be and the more convincing your signature will be.
However, it is possible to sign texts without placing them on the website and as a user to be verified only by e-mail address or just the domain of the e-mail address.
Tip: The European Union's approved copyright reform has ordered automatic content filtering. If any filters under this Copyright Directive work incorrectly and exclude your text, you can have proof of authorship here.
